The room felt quite cramped, especially with luggage. the bathroom lacked space. Turning around was difficult. the air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed. this setup led to a less than restful experience.

namba station complimentary tea small room inconvenient comparison

The hotel is near Namba station (this made airport transfers easy). The rooms were clean, and complimentary tea and water were available.

The room was really small for 3 people. I compared it with other hotels of the same price (and category), and this one was the worst.

the hotel has a location close to Namba station.. the room is neat. the staff was helpful. secured luggage storage was available, since we arrived before check-in.

the rooms were small and the bathroom was cramped. room service was unavailable during our four-day stay. the bathroom had a persistent odor , made it unpleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's only about a three-minute walk from Namba station exit 32. Several convenience stores are accessible within a 5-10 minute walk. The room was generally comfortable. The hotel maintained a very clean environment.

The room size wasn't ideal. It was a bit small for two people with luggage. I knew about it in advance.

There is a coin laundry with washing machines and dryers on the first floor. It was useful. The hotel also provides luggage storage. This helped me a lot.

Namba Hachisaka Shrine is within walking distance, as is Kiz Market. I walked directly to Namba to catch a train to the airport on my last day. This was convenient.

great location quiet street helpful staff unsuitable room no water limited amenities

The location was great. It was close to the city center. it was on a quiet street too. the hotel was well equipped. the staff helped send luggage to the airport, preparing everything.

The twin room was unsuitable for two adults. i had to ask to change towels. rooms were not. no water was provided in rooms. There were no amenities other than shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
