attentive staff provided amenities restful environment quiet environment

The staff offered really good service. They were attentive and available. I appreciated the provided amenities such as toothbrushes and towels. I also liked the quiet and restful environment the capsule provided.

The elevator occasionally had a slight odor, but it wasn't OVERPOWERING.

unnecessary intrusion distracting staff

The location was convenient to the subway.

I found some real issues though. The staff asked for a copy of my ID. There were staff members just standing around playing with their phones in the sleeping area! It was pretty distracting and unprofessional.

convenient station clean facilities helpful storage

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station (it was convenient). The facilities were clean and well kept. I found the luggage storage area quite helpful for organizing my belongings.
