great respect clean room affordable service good quality

the staff showed great respect and a willingness to assist. the rooms were clean and organized, very adequate for my needs. i found the food services affordable. the food quality was good for the price i paid.

the check-in process took longer. i had to go to the third floor, which took about 15 to 20 minutes altogether.

i appreciated the complimentary welcome tea served upon arrival. the hotel offered free kimono rentals . i could wear these only within the plaza's confines, a unique cultural touch.

The level 3 check-in was a WONDERFUL surprise!!! Refreshments and helpful information regarding local shopping were provided. The lounge also provides yukatas .

The bathroom seemed a LITTLE tight.
