The location was convenient.
The customer service lacked warmth during check-in December 16th, 2024.. There was no greeting. Communication about room upgrades was unclear. The promised upgrade did not materialize. The spa and wellness area needs serious improvement. Its state was poor.

The location charmed me being directly across from the train station. This provided dreamy convenience for excursions. breakfast included many options, presenting a good start to each morning. a darling surprise, my 'superior double room' featured a romantic balcony looking over the serene landscape.
The tv remote was slightly unresponsive at times. It needed some patience to operate, a minor quirk.

The hotel is conveniently near the train station. It only takes a minute to walk. I found the room tidy and the bed provided comfort.
The customer service left something to be desired, the staff seemed unwelcoming during check-in. the promised room upgrade did not happen. I had to raise this via email to management.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It made accessing Zermatt very easy. I enjoyed the hotel's spa with its sauna and ice showers. This was the perfect way to relax after skiing. The staff answered my questions with care.
The pillows weren't great. The filling shifted to the sides.

The room had a mini balcony, so I could enjoy the views of the mountains. The double room included a refrigerator, a coffee machine and a water cooker, all very useful additions. The hotel provided parking spaces for a reasonable price, a plus for travelers by car.

My room had a lovely balcony with mountain views. the location was very close to the train station. It took only seconds. the staff greeting me was very nice and helpful, i really appreciated it. the onsite parking and proximity to the market made my day relaxing after visiting zermatt.
The pillows were not good. The stuffing moved to the sides when i laid down. i was basically lying on the mattress. It was uncomfortable, and i did not sleep well at all

Breakfast had scrambled and boiled eggs. I thought that was excellent. the coffee and bread were fab. They also had cheese and cereal available. i found the overnight oats very tasty too.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel provided great service. they offered a shuttle to zermatt. The shuttle was cheaper than taking the train! i also got a coupon for a free drink in their restaurant with my meal.

the location is great. free parking. the breakfast had many choices. the staff were very helpful with directions, a real plus after a long day traveling.
the single room was a little too small. it was difficult to maneuver with luggage, i could store only one suitcase.
