poor managementcorporate communication
the deposit management was frustrating. the hotel asked for a deposit, but some areas didn't seem to require it. they were really asking for full advance payment. also, a tea bill, added to my room, was demanded at 11:30 pm. what a wake-up call! the spa charged my card despite me adding lunch to the room account earlier. then, i found out about a spa discount i missed but the refund was offered only as a 'present' for a future stay. it was bad management with terrible corporate communication.

The executive king room with sea view offered great space. the executive lounge access provided a convenient breakfast option. I appreciated the variety of choices there. the fast wifi allowed me to easily manage work tasks. I found this especially useful. the staff were helpful. They promptly addressed my questions.

sera's hospitality stood out. She was attentive and professional. she brought drinks and food without being asked, always ensuring everything was perfect with a genuine smile.
the absence of poolside service was a bit disappointing. i had to go inside to order, rather than receive the personalized service i expected. only one staff member seemed to care and provide good service near the pool.

I stayed for a few nights and found the location unbeatable, right by the sea. ilayda in the m club provided great service. She was attentive and remembered my preferences. it's also a quick walk to numerous restaurants. Fresh seafood was always a highlight. breakfast offered a great variety of options.
The front desk requested a deposit for expenses. They did not clearly explain it was for paying all hotel expenses in advance. a tea bill i added to the room account later needed immediate payment at 11:30 pm, after i was already asleep. it was not a pleasant way to be woken up.

I found the smell of the bay unpleasant. It was noticeable even in january. i would not want to be here in summer. it detracted from my overall experience.

The hotel has a good location (convenient for exploring the area).
My stay featured significant noise issues. My room was next to what sounded like industrial drilling (noisy work nearby). The noise was constant throughout the night and morning. The pool was smaller than expected. It felt more like a bathtub than a proper pool.
