I enjoyed my time at the top floor restaurant. It had wonderful views over the city and the bay. my room was super comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the pillows were wonderful. i found the location fantastic with plenty to see and explore within easy walking distance.
the minibar had a small bottle of local red wine that cost €55. the same wine can be purchased across the street for a much lower price. i think this is the highest minibar price i've ever encountered.

Staff was kind. They were attentive and professional throughout the entire visit. the warm, cute attitude of the staff. elif and ireem were really good. They ensured i had everything i needed.

the workout area was very nice, equipped with various machines and free weights. the hotel itself is beautiful, boasting very well-kept gardens. there is also a gym and spa available , which offer a pleasant and relaxing environment.

The location has plenty to see and explore within easy walking distance. It's convenient to many attractions. the hotel is near the waterfront, great to meander and dine at local establishments. it really is a centrally located hotel.

The breakfast had so many options. I appreciated the variety and quality. i had lunch at cafe swiss. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. the executive lounge morning and evening staff are serving the most varied menus.
the breakfast was extensive. staff were friendly. the hotel facilities feel like a resort, not just a hotel.
customer service isn't the best for a five-star hotel.
