Wonderful stay with great spa access

pedestrian district short walk clean hotel useful fridge

I appreciated the location near the pedestrian district and a short walk to the beach. the hotel was clean and well maintained. the room was standard for a short stay.. bedding felt good and the mini fridge was useful for our drinks. indoor pool and saunas were fine. They might be more exciting if traveling with kids.

i found the room slightly small, located at the end of the corridor. it overlooked the carpark, which wasn't ideal. despite requesting it, we noticed the wardrobe lacked shelves for clothes.

convenient location quality bedding useful fridge

the hotel offered a location near the pedestrian district, close to the beach it was convenient. our room, a standard double room spa access, was suitable for our short stay. the bedding provided was of good quality and the mini fridge was useful for storing drinks.

i found the air conditioning turned off when we were away from the room it became uncomfortably hot even though it was cold outside it was a noticeable inconvenience.

I stayed in a Premier Double Room. It was spacious. The buffet in the evening offered good variety. The unlimited access to the spa was a plus, and I used it in the morning and evening. The body moisturizing treatment was perfect.

the spa area was a major highlight. i found a wide variety of saunas there (i loved the salt sauna!). the breakfast had plenty of choices. i also appreciated the complimentary access to the wellness area, which gave me 2.5 hours upon arrival and departure.

the sound isolation wasn't perfect. i could hear things like toilet flushes. it didn't ruin my stay, but it was noticeable.

nice getaway

spacious room presented room fresh salad

i stayed for two nights and it was nice from start to finish it was a fantastic value for a high-quality stay the ensuite room was spacious and beautifully presented i found the included breakfast was so great the variety ranged from fresh salads to hot fry-ups catering to every taste.

the room was too hot because the air conditioning was not working pillows and duvet were synthetic i also found the sound isolation non existent i could hear people from all around rooms.

the hotel has a rooftop bar located on the 11th floor it provided picturesque views of the area this was a perfect spot for watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails i found wellness treatments like massages available too.

mixed feelings about the stay

low-quality furniture missing items

the breakfast had good variety (it was extensive).

i was a bit disappointed with the room. it was like the furniture was old and of low quality and some pieces were already broken. also, i asked for a kettle, and while it was provided, room service did not bring any cups or tea or coffee.
