the hotel location is near shops and restaurants ,within walking distance. my king suite offered a separate lounge to the bedroom. the breakfast buffet provided various options each day.
the steep hill to climb up from the town might pose an issue for those with mobility difficulties.

unhelpful staffpoor soundproofing
I found the staff to be generally unhelpful . They seemed disinterested in assisting with basic requests. This lack of attentiveness detracted from the overall experience. I also noted that the soundproofing was poor. Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was audible, disrupting sleep and relaxation

the room lacked proper cleaning . for three days, the room was not cleaned. i had to request cleaning at the reception. the breakfast also presented problems. the veggies were not properly cut, and there were no bananas available.

I really enjoyed the location. It was close to everything i wanted to see! the views were very nice from my room. the staff accommodated me so well and reminded me of family. i loved the bolognese pasta. It was so tasty!!!

the breakfast offered a good variety of selections. coffee was prepared upon request and that was acceptable.
The air conditioning in the room was deficient. It did not adequately cool the space. moreover, the room proved to be excessively noisy. these issues detracted from the overall quality of the accommodation.

the location was central giving me convenient access to various parts of the area.
the customer service was not great communication with the staff proved difficult as english proficiency was limited i also noticed cleanliness issues a dirty towel and unclean glasses were present upon arrival there was no proper daily cleaning and i had to request floor mopping after three days

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Noted

The cleanliness was not great, I noticed it as soon as I arrived. A dirty towel was left in the bathroom, and the glasses weren't clean. Daily cleaning seemed limited to changing towels. I had to ask for the floor to be mopped after three days, annoying! the air-conditioning in my room didn't really work well, and the room was quite noisy.
