The staff were always available. My room was cleaned every day and they did a great job. The hotel provides sun loungers so I can relax outside my room. The massage was organised via the hotel and it was worth it.
I think there could have been more sunbeds near the pool for all the guests.

My room had comfortable beds and plenty of space. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. The housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms daily with fresh towels.

The hotel is a short walk to the beach. There are also local bars located ten minutes from here. I walked into town several times, a journey of twenty minutes, with many options for a coffee break.

i found the location convenient the dining hall is spacious offering a good variety of food. i really liked the room cleanliness thanks to the staff. i think the rooms are comfortable with a modern bathroom including a large walk-in shower
the all inclusive drinks could be improved to include more popular drinks. i found that having to pay for hot chocolate didn't sit right with me. additionally the all inclusive ends at 11pm so late drinkers might be disappointed

the dining hall is spacious and it offers a good variety of food. i found different themed nights with Italian, Mexican, and Asian options, giving a nice change. desserts were lovely each night

the staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially in the reception area. the cleaning service did a wonderful job with my room daily. i want to give a special shout-out to liliana for her really good work

the hotel had a swimming pool that was very clean i liked this facility. enough sunbeds were available at the pool area for most guests. the grounds were well maintained and quite pretty throughout
