wonderful sea view stay

storage space beach access interior design

the room was spacious with a lot of storage space i liked the private beach access it was very convenient. the interior design was eye-pleasing i found it to be very modern and stylish. the location offered amazing views especially from the room balcony.

the netflix connection required several steps this locked me out of my account when i returned home.

The hotel's location is acceptable. It is near the marina.

i discovered netflix connection requires multiple steps, and my account was locked after use (i think a 5-star resort should provide its own netflix service). out of my 4 nights, i only received turndown service once, and it is unclear if this is part of their standard service. breakfast service was below a 2-star rating because the staff lacked hospitality and customer service.

supportive staff tranquil pool tranquil decor

the staff was very supportive and accommodating to all requests. the hotel features various areas to enjoy. these include a beach vibe and a tranquil pool facility (it was very relaxing!). a spa. the facility and rooms feature a tranquil decor.

Finding services and the room proved quite difficult. No employee showed us the hotel facilities upon check-in, so we had to navigate the maze ourselves.

the fitness center offers wonderful views and modern equipment. i saw several treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines available for guest use. the spa provided a range of treatments, but massages required a separate payment.

The room had a beautiful sea view. The room was spacious and bright. The pillow menu was a fantastic touch. I appreciated the excellent finishing touches..

The minibar had a beer bottle that was resealed with water inside. I experienced a delay waiting for buggies to get to the lobby. The resort lacks walking accommodations like shaded trails.
