The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked the double or twin room land view i stayed in. the swimming pool areas are large and also clean. the manager, catherine, was very helpful when i had an issue. She showed understanding.
There was no kids entertainment that i could find. I only saw a small playground.

I loved that beach access was so close. pools were amazing and i used fitness club every day. everything was included, even drinks. the food was AMAZING!!! i contacted the front desk and all requests were handled fast. i really liked the ala carte dining experience. It is available once per stay.
the staff had poor english communication skills. the staff should speak better english to cater to all guests. more english speakers are needed.

i booked a room with a 'garden view,' but it was dark. lighting was barely there. the indoor pool, it was cold. my baby couldn't swim as i hoped.

the food variety was acceptable and the turkish dishes were tasty.
I was really looking forward to this stay, but it had some issues. The disco music from a nearby hotel played loudly until 1 am every night. it was impossible to escape the noise no matter where i went in the hotel, even in my room with the windows closed. the snack bar was also disappointing, offering the same cold pizza, spaghetti, and hamburgers daily. The fruit selection was also limited to tasteless winter varieties.
