Enchanting Getaway
kind staff spacious room delicious breakfast
The staff was SO kind and accommodating. I requested a bath in our bathroom, and they confirmed the request. I thought it was wonderful. The room was warm and inviting, it was spotlessly clean and spacious after my journey. We had a good sleep, and our breakfast was delicious.
The hotel needs a good improvement programme, it looks worn down.

The breakfast offered included both a buffet and a cooked menu. The quality of food was amazing and had a great presentation, prepared to perfection, I found the selection was extensive and really tasty.

The hotel offers easy parking on site, SO convenient. The location is near town, very central. I enjoyed playing snooker on the full-sized table. The ambience was fantastic for a romantic escape.

the staff was available and very polite. breakfast had good coffee. i noted decor featured period furnishings. i loved the lounge. (it felt unpretentious).
i noticed a slight issue with the lights, many were not working properly.

The breakfast included several options. The staff was very friendly during breakfast. The building had a fantastic exterior. It was a walkable distance to town.
The hotel does not have elevators. Air conditioning is not available at this hotel. I was not given a receipt after my stay. I needed it for reimbursement.
