The room was quite small. I expected more space. also, the television remote did not function properly. this was particularly annoying when i tried to watch the news one evening. a prompt fix would have been appreciated. It wasn't addressed .

i felt welcome from the start. the staff was attentive, assisting with our bags even before we exited the car. prosecco awaited us, a good touch after our travels, and someone mixed some great g&ts (i appreciated that). the breakfast was really good in both variety and quality.

the room did not have much space, i found that some features for more comfort would be appreciated.

The breakfast was worth mentioning. Also the staff were friendly. They helped us with our luggage when we arrived in the rain. They upgraded us to a room with a view of the lake. We enjoyed the fireplace platter before bedtime.

The hotel does not offer much comfort. The rooms were quite small. I would say that the value does not align with the price.

the staff was very friendly and helpful from arrival i got an upgrade to a nice premium plus room. it had a VIEW of the lake and i enjoyed a fireplace platter before bedtime. the breakfast was also amazing.

the hotel needs improvements to ensure that all rooms provide a comfortable experience for all guests.

carpet stainstale pastries

the room felt smaller than expected, considering the price. i found a stain on the carpet near the bed, quite off-putting. the television remote was also missing a battery cover, a small detail i feel could have been easily addressed. breakfast was satisfactory, but the pastries seemed a bit stale.
