Acceptable Stay, but Improvements Needed

messy reception areaineffective shower
The initial impression was not positive. I noticed the reception area seemed quite messy upon arrival. My allocated room, a 'Superior Double Room', was not particularly superior. The shower was ineffective and the bed was far from comfortable, detracting from a restful night.
