Hotel Manos Premier features rooms furnished in the style of Louis XV and Louis XVI, decorated with antiques. Rooms include air conditioning, cable TV, a minibar, and a marble bathroom with natural body care products from 'Apivita'. De Luxe rooms offer Queen Size beds or two single beds, plus a sofa bed; some are duplex-style. Suites are spacious, with a Queen Size bed; some accommodate families of four with extra beds. Free teas and coffee capsules are available in all suites, luxury rooms, superior rooms and classic rooms.

Dining: Kolya Restaurant

The hotel's restaurant, Kolya, offers European cuisine with Asian influences inspired by Belgian tradition. Dishes include octopus carpaccio with yuzu pearls and fillet of sea bream with wild dandelion panna cotta. Kolya features a terrace with a water fountain. Guests can have lunch or dinner in a winter garden setting.
