the hotel has a helpful reception. my room included a comfortable bed and reliable wi-fi. the staff was kind. they provided assistance. the location is good , with the botanique metro and train station nearby.

there was no elevator , and i had to carry my luggage to my room.

acceptable stay with minor issues

good size room size included breakfast metro proximity non-functional tv unfriendly receptionist broken lamp

the room was a good size for me. i was happy about the breakfast included. the location worked okay because it was close to the metro. it was about a five minute walk, totally manageable!

The tv did not work at all. the receptionist wasn't very nice when i arrived. They asked if i was waiting for someone in a way . i also noticed that one of the ceiling lamps wasn't working, made the room a bit dim.

solid stay!

spacious room helpful staff

the room was really spacious i was impressed. the location made it easy to find turkish shops and cafes it was a great bonus. i even got coffee from the staff when i did not order breakfast i felt welcomed.

i noticed that the window looked out onto a rather unattractive inner yard it wasn't the best view. the surroundings were pretty ugly it dampened my mood a little.
