good locationsewage odorwater leak
the location was pretty good, near the main square.
I found some issues. the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, a sewage odor that was very unpleasant. also, our room flooded because of a leak from the shower in the room above us. The staff only closed the shower and didn't offer another room or even a towel to clean up the mess. it was frustrating for the price i paid.

The location is excellent, with access to public transport. Central attractions are minutes away because of the station's proximity. I appreciated the proactive and supportive staff who handled requests efficiently. The room was spacious and equipped with essentials, perfectly suitable for my short stay.
I found the stairs narrow, made carrying luggage difficult. It was a bit of a challenge to navigate with bigger bags. An elevator would improve accessibility greatly. This made the experience slightly inconvenient

I like the staff. They are friendly. I also appreciate the location. It is close to many attractions. The hotel provides a small fridge. That was very useful. The bed was also comfy.
The stairs were narrow. It was difficult with my luggage. I was on the top floor. There is no lift.
