Mixed Feelings About My Stay
tacky decor outside stairs
Breakfast was quite good with friendly staff.
The room's decor felt a bit off and didn't quite match the building's potential. The bathroom seemed dated, with a shower screen fixed in place , made getting in and out tricky. Finding that the stairs to access it were outside felt odd, especially since it was cold .

friendly staff good breakfast relaxing bath small room awkward bed needed updates
The staff was really friendly and helpful! The breakfast included lots of choices, a real treat. My room included a bath, which I found very relaxing after a long day.
My room was small, it's true. The double bed was pushed up against the wall. I also noticed the room needed some updating.

Excellent Breakfast and Clean Rooms
really good breakfast helpful staff clean room
The breakfast was fantastic, offering a superb full english. The staff was very nice. They were smiling, helpful, and polite. I found that the rooms were clean. I stayed in multiple rooms, and each one was consistently clean.

satisfactory visit
polite staff early breakfast convenient service loud noise door slam late disturbance
the staff greeted me politely. i have stayed several times for work over the past month. i ordered breakfast the night before and it was always ready for me at 7am.
my room was right next to the main door and i could hear people coming and going until 4am. they were opening and shutting the door. there was also a lot of talking and shouting.
