large parking good room
The room was a good size (I got the Standard Family Room). A large parking area was very convenient for my car.
The room did not seem to have been cleaned or readied for me upon arrival.

Straightforward stay near Chatsworth
tea facilities reception supplies comfortable bed room fan
The room had tea making facilities. Additional supplies were available in reception. The bed was nice. I found both a heater and a fan in the room. I appreciate these for temperature regulation.
Lighting in the room could have been better. This made reading a challenge in the evening.

The hotel is a short distance from Chatsworth House. I found parking convenient. There was ample space available. This is a plus for those driving.

The staff was friendly. They were helpful in addressing my queries. Breakfast service was fast. I got my order in a timely fashion each morning.

A Balanced Stay Experience
clean room field view great food cold room missing toilet paper undercooked steak
My room was very clean upon arrival. I had a great view of the fields from my window. The food was AMAZING!!!
The room was FREEZING when I first entered. there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. My steak was not cooked as requested.

basic stay with a few issues
weak shower pressure dusty room
the location was pretty good, easy to find off the main road.
The room seemed dusty and not well-kept, with hair in the shower drain. The shower pressure was also very weak, so it made showering difficult.
