I wasn't greeted on arrival. I wrestled with luggage to get into the building. the menu was disappointing. there was not a great deal of choice. i expected more from this place. It felt a bit underwhelming. it was not as excellent as it seemed online.

the room was a decent size. the check in process was efficient and straightforward. i easily obtained my room key and settled in quickly. the provision of clear instructions made everything smooth.

the room key proved difficult to use. the menu offered limited choices. i found the restricted selection somewhat disappointing, as it did not cater to varied preferences. it would be beneficial to have more options available.

The standard double room was very comfortable. artwork was interesting around the hotel. i didn't see anyone from the hotel. It was self check-in and check-out.

The menu was disappointing. There was really not a great deal of choice. there was no one to greet me on arrival. i had to wrestle with luggage while trying to operate a system to get into the building.

Our room was downstairs near the front door. The lock was broken. i had to shove a chair against the door. plus, finding no ice at the bar was quite a surprise.. and those gin and tonics were shockingly expensive. i chose to skip the overpriced breakfast the next morning.
