ineffective air conditioningdistant parking
The air conditioning was ineffective. It barely cooled the room despite the scorching day. I ended up having to open the balcony door, enduring the heat until around 4 AM. Unloading luggage was also a struggle, as there was no designated area in front of the place. I had to haul my bags from a distant public parking spot, quite inconvenient!

the staff was friendly and cute. i had a superior room facing the bull ring. the room was quite quiet and cleaned well. there was a good range of cooked food and cheeses for breakfasts .
i found the wifi was not working on the 12th floor . i thought that this would have been sorted quickly for the price being paid. i was told it wouldn't be fixed over the weekend as the maintenance company don't work weekends.

the hotel had a nice bar area with reasonably priced drinks, including wine and coffee. the location is very central and near the beach, with the city center and the port a short walk away. there is also a taxi station located nearby.

the room was reasonably spacious and sufficient storage space was available. a room safe was included. a good supply of toiletries was provided. i found the beds to be very comfortable and the room was spacious on the 8th floor.

i received a warm welcome from reception staff on arrival. all staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the staff also let us check in early, i found it very kind. breakfasts were very good with helpful supervisors in the restaurant.

decent location, but some issues
loud traffic noisebreakfast chaos
My room faced a busy street and the noise was pretty bad, even on a higher floor. sleeping was difficult. the breakfast buffet was also quite chaotic. Lots of people and the food ran out quickly. it felt a little understaffed for the number of guests.
