The staff were friendly. They were very helpful. the breakfast had a lot of choice. I found it quite satisfying.
The room was next to the lift and stairwell. It proved noisy at times. the bar area outside added to the noise. This was directly below my room.

the breakfast was acceptable and had a decent selection of items.
I got a room next to the lift, and it was noisy. I couldn't sleep properly. the sound insulation was really bad, i could hear every movement and conversation.

the rooms were of a good size and the beds were very comfortable
the cleaners took my friend's charger it was a lightening version charger of superior quality i am heartbroken they couldn't retrieve it after enquiries i think this is unacceptable
