the staff was very friendly and helpful. they even let us leave our luggage after check out. we could take it later (that was very kind).
the room felt outdated. the bed was very uncomfortable. i could hear a loud television from the neighbor's room (it was quite disturbing).

the 24-hour reception proved very helpful for my late arrival. i found parking right outside the hotel, a real convenience (i didn't expect that!). the outdoor areas were nice. the breakfast selection was also good.
i noticed the tv soundproofing could be improved as i could faintly hear the neighbour's tv.

The location was GREAT! The beach is a short walk away. The staff was AMAZING. They helped in every way possible. It seemed like a family-run hotel.
I noticed the room was a little outdated. The bed was UNCOMFORTABLE. I could hear a loud tv from the neighbor's room.

i booked a apartment. i found it was a really spacious, very clean, and well equipped. the hotel itself is friendly and clean. the pool area is lovely. staff was helpful. bar prices are reasonable.

diverse breakfast professional staff nearby station
The breakfast offered a diverse range of options. Staff members such as Raquel were especially professional. The hotel is near the sea front and not far from Montemar Alto train station.
The pool area did not appear to have been swept recently.
