The hotel location is excellent. There is direct beach access. I found free parking on the main street close to the hospital. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. It included a wide range of options even for selective eaters.

The button seemed stuck. This caused some waiting during peak hours.

The staff are very service-minded and friendly. They are willing to help. I had a key card issue and the staff resolved it quickly each time it occurred.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. The gym featured good equipment. Staff hospitality was excellent. Aurelia and the team, fostering a cute atmosphere.

The ramp into the hotel is steep. Pushing a wheelchair up it would be difficult. A smaller mobility scooter would struggle.

The gym has many machines for fitness. The breakfast and dinner options are extensive. The hotel provides different facilities suitable for families, including indoor and outdoor entertainment areas and pool tables.

the breakfast was acceptable with a variety of choices.

I found the room cleaning inadequate. there were hairs on the towels, and certain areas in the room seemed dusty. this level of cleanliness is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. i often waited extended periods, and on several occasions, i opted to use the stairs due to the long wait times.
