Upon arrival, the pool area was clean and sizable, offering MANY loungers. The bar service impressed me. Options included San Miguel, local spirits, hot drinks, slushies, and soft drinks. Staff hospitality stood out. They were notably friendly and helpful.

The night entertainment wasn't great, though the entertainment team worked hard.

The pool opens from 10:30 to 19:00. It is a nice size with a number of available loungers to use. The bar offers a variety of drinks including local spirits and hot beverages. The service was EXCELLENT. Crepes are also available between 16:00 and 17:00.

The room came equipped with air conditioning. This was very useful. Daily housekeeping maintained a good standard of cleanliness, ensuring fresh towels each day. Storage space was ample. This was a nice CONVENIENCE.

The hotel is near the seafront, so bars, shops, and restaurants are very easily accessed. The beach is a short walk away through a tunnel. This offers quick access, with the walk taking just a couple of minutes.

The hospitality staff were very friendly and happy to help us with any queries we had. The animation team was VERY enthusiastic. Activities ran throughout the day, including a dedicated kids club.

I really enjoyed the convenient location and accessible amenities. the room was always clean and well-kept by housekeeping. the animation team offered enjoyable activities throughout the day. Their enthusiasm really boosted the atmosphere. the bar staff were friendly and provided efficient service.

The evening entertainment could be slightly repetitive. Some variety would be welcome.

the hotel is directly across from the beach, a major plus for beach lovers. it is also a short walk to the marina, a nice stroll away. nearby, you find many bars and restaurants within easy reach.

The hotel manager was often visible and approachable for the guests. staff provided good service. They were friendly and helpful. the bar staff were efficient, especially during peak times, always greeting us with a smile, though queues formed at times.
