mixed feelings about this stay.

the location was close to the beach. that was acceptable.

Our double room was not clean enough. i noticed a cockroach on the floor, and cobwebs were all over the room. also, breakfast was not available. This was very disappointing.

Simon, the host, seemed nice. The hotel looked clean and tidy upon arrival. The location was good. It was an easy walk to South Pier.

The room was quite small. The TV was tiny. I also did not see any staff .

The location was superb. It was just a short walk to the beach. simon, the owner, offered great assistance and seemed ready to help with anything i needed. lucy, his dog, added to the friendly atmosphere and was always happy to greet guests.

the bar was really quiet. this made the atmosphere a little too subdued. more activity could enhance the evenings.

The double room had full amenities. the room felt spacious and clean, great. it provided more than adequate space i needed for my short stay. Everything was functional and well-kept.

the location provided easy access to the beach. south pier was easy to reach from here. a cafe across the street offers very convenient options for quick meals and refreshments.
