I didn't have breakfast. I liked how easy check-in was. It was very quiet. The shower was good. The room was indeed tatty.

The room needed mattress protectors. Wallpaper came off the walls. The carpet was dated.

I had a nice big room, it overlooked the sea. the owner was helpful and nice, i appreciated that. the bar was good. It meant i did not need to go out and i enjoyed a few drinks and played pool.

getting hold of the owner sometimes took a while, because they were not always around.

My room was not excellent, especially the bathroom. The shower stall was dirty, covered in mould. I found this to be a rather unpleasant surprise.
