Excellent Stay on the Promenade

I found the staff attentive from arrival to departure. The hotel's location was very convenient. My room provided a good sea view. Cleanliness was apparent throughout the hotel.
The TV in the room was quite small.

The reception area had a bright , cheerful atmosphere. The common areas included cozy spaces and a bar , perfect for relaxation. A lift provided easy access to upper floors , which I appreciated.

The hotel is centrally located on the promenade. It is a short walk to the pier , about ten minutes. Main Street shopping is also within easy walking distance , offering convenience .

The location was indeed perfect. It was very central for the pier. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.
The bedroom had little ventilation. There was only one small window. There was a fire door and no fan. The shower felt claustrophobic.

the hotel is not 4 star as they advertised. our room was cramped and there was no way of locking the door from inside. i got a do not disturb sign provided.
