charming experience near the promenade
rear car parkmodern lounge
i liked the car park at the rear of the building, it was convenient. the hotel is in a good location facing the promenade. we also enjoyed the modern lounge facilities.
i found a clean hotel and the beds provided comfort after long days of exploring. the breakfast had several options it was easy to find something i liked. the hotel has parking at the rear i found this helpful. the location is perfect it's on the seafront and close to many things.
the water temperature was difficult to adjust sometimes it was too hot

I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my room. lighting was poor. The ceiling lights were inadequate for tasks such as drying hair. i also found seagull droppings on the inside of the window (odd, to say the least).

The staff seemed attentive. Breakfast included lots of options. The location offered convenient access to shops near the seafront.
The location provided easy access to the promenade.
The room maintenance was subpar. Dust was everywhere. I also found the limited TV channel selection quite amusing, like a throwback to the early 90s when 7 channels was all folks had.

The variety and quality of food were excellent. I received quick service when I requested a fan for my room. It was delivered within minutes! Breakfast and the evening meal had a great presentation. All the staff members were very helpful .
