i loved the breakfast. it included fresh fruit and local pastries. the staff was always smiling and ready to help, it made my mornings wonderful! the frog tour was also great! i saw so many red-eyed tree frogs.
The room felt a bit small, it was hard to unpack all my things. also, i had some trouble with the shower temperature. It fluctuated a lot. This made showering uncomfortable and frustrating.
The staff was very helpful. Esther was especially friendly and always ready to help. Dereck in the restaurant was also a good part of the staff. I enjoyed the location a little outside of town. It seemed like i was in the rainforest but still close to get to places in town within minutes.
The room was small (i could have been happy with it). Workers made noise from 7am to 7pm. Waking up to birds would have been nice, but it was not the case.

the staff scheduled our tours excellently. i especially loved the complimentary breakfast and coffee! the complimentary night walk showcased awesome local frogs and wildlife. the hotel was clean and immersed in nature! the pool and jacuzzis were perfect for leisure downtime.
The wifi had a brief downtime for a day. Once fixed, the connection speed was great though.

the hotel is near the popular waterfall hike, accessible by walking. local restaurants and shops are a quick commute away, and it is also close to the natural hot springs! transportation was easy, all tours picked us up from the hotel.

the complimentary breakfast was acceptable, it included fresh fruit.
The shower was a problem. i burned my foot when the water turned boiling hot without warning. i had to go to urgent care for a second degree burn and cancel my vacation. It cost me $600 to change my flight.

This hotel has rooms in the forest. The staff was helpful and friendly. The large umbrella by every room proved useful in the rain. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant attractive.
I found that the small cabin could not cope and felt damp along with our clothes, because it rained the whole time we were there.

the gardens featured beautiful birdlife. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the food at the restaurant tasted delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. the jacuzzis were beautifully relaxing, and the pool sparkled. i hired a scooter to get around as the town is a steep walk up hill.
it rained the whole time and the little cabin felt damp with our clothes.
