The staff displayed genuine kindness and attentiveness. I appreciated the hotel's direct connection to the department store. It made shopping easy! The proximity to the subway station was a huge advantage for exploring. Housekeeping maintained a flawless standard. My room was always super clean.

The room's lighting felt somewhat dim. It made unpacking a bit challenging.
