The hotel is very close to the City Hall station. I found cafes like Starbucks and Paris Baguette just behind the hotel. The hotel provides a suitcase scale in the lobby.

the room was huge! it had two large beds so everyone could sleep very comfortably. a short walk outside the hotel brings you to plenty of amazing restaurants. i enjoyed the powerful water pressure in the shower. i also found the hotel's central location, near city hall metro, super convenient.

i noticed some slight noise. sound proofing wasn't perfect. it wasn't a major issue though, and i still slept well.

the hotel's location is excellent. it is close to all amenities and transport, including the city hall metro station. this made it easy to explore, and i loved having so much within walking distance.

The staff are very helpful. they tried their best to accommodate whenever i needed assistance. I really appreciated that. they cleaned the room everyday, and it was always very tidy.

The hotel location had a CU convenience store located just below. I found some good food options located nearby, and a market was a short walk. The staff provided an extra set of sheets, a pillow, and a comforter for the sofa. THE sheets were clean.

The air conditioning had a green light at night which I found quite bothersome. It made sleeping difficult!

my room was very spacious and clean. the location was great because it was super close to many restaurants. they also have a useful Tmoney machine and this thing was helpful for all cashless transactions i needed to make.

the night reception guy was not very friendly.

the hotel provides a well-equipped gym and it features three treadmills and two stationary bikes . there is also a pool that gives you twenty loungers with a shaded section, ensuring comfort, and is enjoyable for relaxation.
