Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

The staff was very attentive and quick to respond to questions I had. I really appreciated the separated living room in my room (it made a big difference. I also made good use of the gym. The sauna was a bonus after a long day of sightseeing.
I did make the mistake of not confirming my room had a laundry machine. It would have been useful to have that in the room (especially for a longer stay).

The hotel is conveniently located very close to several bus stops. This made exploring the city easy. Namdaemun Market and City Hall subway station were within a short walk from the hotel.

The location was good. I could reach city hall and namdaemun markets easily.
The room smelled odd when i entered. It was like they hadn't cleaned it properly. i also spotted some wear and tear. The hotel should have fixed these issues. the experience wasn't great.

the room was clean and the facilities worked well. the location was near many key spots. i liked the individual ac controls in the room. i used the in-room washer and dryer and that was a positive.
some staff seemed uncertain and gave conflicting information.

the room included block out curtains for sleeping. it has a kitchenette with a clothes washer. the sleeping area has a sliding wall separating it from the living area.
