surprisingly good stay

helpful staff prime location

i appreciated the helpfulness of staff member Jackson. he booked our hair spa appointment despite the concierge being closed. i especially appreciated that he called around and found a space for us on short notice on a weekend. the location is also really convenient, right in the center of everything.

i found that the hotel charged for amenities like disposable toothbrushes. i think this is not expected from a hotel of this category.

The breakfast buffet featured Seunghyun, a cappuccino maker (i have to say the cappuccinos were amazing). i've travelled the world and this breakfast buffet ranks in my top three. The pastry display was beautiful and food was delicious.

The housekeeping service was wonderful. They even wrapped our cell phone cords. they tidied up well and left a little ziploc tack so it could be nice and organized for me. (this little touch was very appreciated).

the entire team on the Westin Club floor was great. wendy, lizzy, and ping. they resolved our room issues effectively. the club lounge provided nice drinks and happy hour food variety.
