the breakfast was acceptable. it offered a decent start to the day.

The housekeeping was disappointing. the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I had to request fresh towels multiple times. the floor wasn't swept properly, and there was visible dust throughout the room. this.

my daughter and i enjoyed two very nice nights here the staff showed so much kindness i can't thank them enough it was my daughter's 18th birthday and the team helped me organize a surprise it was so heartwarming and made the occasion even more special from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed the staff were attentive helpful with requests and made us feel at home

the housekeeping was a little inconsistent i noticed some days the attention to detail was lacking things like linens not changed daily and the floor not vacuumed properly improvements here would make the experience flawless

our family suite had three ac units which was amazing it kept the whole place super cool the suite was very spacious offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of activities

I appreciated the helpfulness of mr abdullah and all staff. They were accommodating to all needs. They even connected us with professional tour companies. It, very far from home.

the hotel IS located near a beach but its proximity is about 400 meters. This meant a bit more walking than expected to reach the shore. I prefer closer beach access.

The Junior Suite felt spacious. It had modern décor and sufficient storage. Bed linens were clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom fixtures looked new too.

the breakfast included various choices. fresh fruits and local pastries were available every morning. The pool was very well maintained and was sparkling clean, and staff always made sure the area was tidy.
