a romantic escape

the check-in was very smooth. the staff printed my boarding pass, so i did not need to find a place to print it myself! the hotel is newly built, so everything is clean. the staff were courteous and very helpful.

the bathroom seemed a bit untidy and it was unpleasant for me. there was also no hot water in the shower, it was lukewarm at best. the lack of fresh air was noticeable too.

The hotel is close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. This made the area so convenient. the hotel has ac, and it worked perfectly. the wifi service also was great.

Every staff member i encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to assist. the reception was cute. special thanks for help getting my boarding pass printout. For their assistance, i did not need to go out.

The room didnt have a window, pretty strange. i also noticed the walls were quite thin. I could hear conversations next door. the shower temperature was hard to adjust, going from cold to very hot suddenly. i also found the bathroom had a strange smell, it was quite off-putting. the ventilation seemed poor.

the staff were helpful and provided fresh duvet. the coffee was excellent and readily available. the beds were very clean and i found them comfortable. i appreciated the attentiveness.

the hot water regulation in the shower was somewhat inconsistent.

The tram stop located right outside the hotel was so useful. I appreciated the clean and well kept rooms. They smelled fresh. The area was perfect for exploring the city, a big plus!

weak shower pressurefaulty toilet

the shower pressure was very weak and the shower head kept falling. the toilet flush was also faulty. i had to remove the panel to flush it. the staff did not fix it and i could not change rooms.
