the receptionist at night was rude and could not handle situations. we asked for a spare towel, but he said he could not help us with it.

the pool was a good size and offered a refreshing escape from the heat. the apartment included a washing machine a dishwasher a microwave and an iron it was quite convenient.

the bed was quite uncomfortable making sleep difficult. cleaning and changes of towels were infrequent it happened only after five days it was inconvenient.

Comfortable Stay , Great Location

The apartment included a washing machine and dishwasher , which was very useful. I also appreciated the free parking available on the premises. The beach was conveniently located within walking distance. Staff members were helpful and friendly.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. I also noticed that there were a limited number of umbrellas available near the pool. Many umbrellas were broken.

While breakfast wasn't offered , there was a convenient market just a minute away. This made it easy to purchase groceries and prepare my own meals within the apartment, giving me flexibility.

The room was modern and clean with ample space for luggage and relaxation. A separate room for clothes storage was a particularly nice touch , keeping the living area uncluttered and organized.

I found the staff very helpful. Mustafa gave excellent guidance for local attractions. the location near konyaalti beach provided easy access to amenities. the room was well-equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
