I liked that the location was perfect. it was very close to the city center. the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed it! it was great that it was our second time staying in this hotel, and we were lucky to get the same room as last time. thanks to the staff for that.

The a/c was quite weak. I was not very happy. our room smelled of smoke. we were only staying one night. Otherwise, we would have requested a room change.

i really enjoyed how clean and spacious my room was. breakfast had a very diverse selection, and the tea tasted so fresh! the staff were always smiling and ready to help, i really appreciated that.

The air conditioning blew right over the bed. It was either too cold or too warm without it.

This hotel is near markantalya. It makes shopping really easy and fast. getting around to different places felt quite simple because of its central position, i loved that! it was very useful.

the hotel has a gymwith treadmills and stationary bikes. there is a small play area for children, very thoughtful. elevators and ramps are available throughout the hotel, it's very accesible.

my room, a family room, featured an air conditioner that worked great and kept the temperature comfortable. daily cleaning were performed without fail. the location was good because restaurants were located close by, so it was easy to find a place for dinner.
