The lagoon rooms were very clean. the lagoon restaurant offered good service and food. i especially thank taha from guest experience, he was helpful. Misplaced punctuation but the service was so good.

food options great variety good service unprofessional team dishonest behavior poor handling

the buffet offered a great variety of options, and most were tasty. There were many bars available. I thought the service was good, especially arif from guest relations.

the reservations team acted unprofessionally. i received a confirmed rate, but another representative did not honor it. this caused significant frustration and distrust. i felt undervalued as a guest.
