the staff was attentive to my needs.

The room was far too small. There was no space for luggage. the air conditioning didn't work well at all. Even set at 25 degrees, the room remained cold. the bathroom had a leak that spread water into the sleeping area.

the staff were helpful. i can praise nilufar and chef fatima, who serviced breakfast. they were kind every morning. the hotel is super clean because of the ancillary staff.

the tv was not tuned. i told reception, but nothing happened. i was told a cable needed fitting, but still nothing. i raised this over four days.
