The noise insulation was poor i could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. a staff member entered my room unexpectedly, claiming the shower was loud. This seemed like a significant intrusion of privacy.

My stay had a hiccup. A staff member entered my room without knocking while I prepared to shower. He claimed my shower was loud.. I found the lack of apology and the intrusion unsettling. It really soured my experience.

i found the staff amazing they explained how to look out for the aurora in detail. a staff member sighted the aurora and came knocking at our doors to tell us. it was an amazing experience as we first experienced the beautiful dance. i appreciated the free breakfast to go for our early morning departure

i found the room cleaning to be very poor . they did not vacuum the room at all. the rooms are nice but you can hear everything happening in other rooms.
