birthday surprise and excellent service
birthday surprise rose petal decoration chocolate cake
i had a birthday . after returning to my room after breakfast, i found a very unexpected birthday surprise. the bed was decorated with a happy birthday sign created from rose petals. i received another surprise later with a delicious chocolate birthday cake. other treats. this kind gesture from the staff is something i will always remember.
The hotel charged my credit card. weeks later, i am still fighting to have the amount refunded even though they admitted fault. i do not recommend staying here. It was a billing problem.

staff, were professional and caring. the staff addressed me by name and assisted with menu choices in the restaurant. the breakfast options were extensive and fresh!

the hotel has a lagoon pool with easy access from rooms and it is really beautiful. kids can enjoy the pool with shaded areas and fish fountains. the hotel grounds are well maintained and lush. the kids club is very convenient.

The restaurant offered a variety of options and many local dishes during breakfast. the food was delicious, especially in the evenings. i took a video to show friends the diverse selections including many vegan and gluten-free options. There was a great buffet.
