The staff were attentive. This ensured a seamless experience from check-in. the pool offered a peaceful retreat, especially since i could spend hours there!

central hotel modern room beautiful pool friendly staff

the hotel is centrally located near jalan danau tamblingan shops and restaurants. the beach is a short 300 meter walk. i particularly enjoyed the artwork in my room above the bed. the rooftop pool offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.

the cooking smells from the kitchen permeated my room at 5 am.

the rooftop pool was beautiful and provided a spot for relaxation. the hotel's location was beneficial, close to the beach and various dining options. the staff was friendly. they were always available to assist with any requests.

Soundproofing was not optimal. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

musty room slow drain

the staff were pleasant and they quickly addressed a minor issue with the tv remote.

The room smelled musty upon arrival. i discovered mold in the air conditioning vent, pretty disgusting. also, the shower drained very slowly. My feet were underwater each time i showered (nice!).
