lumpy pillows gas smell
the air conditioning barely worked. it really struggled to cool down the room. the pillows were lumpy and not supportive at all. plus, there was this weird smell coming from the water, almost like gas. it wasn't the most relaxing experience.

good variety helpful staff safe location fresh towels
I appreciated the close proximity to the beach. It was only a five-minute walk. The location offered easy access to shops and diverse restaurants. Staff members were helpful and always friendly. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel is tucked away down an alley, yet it secure hotel because there were always people around.
The shower water wasn't super hot, but that was fine anyway given the outside temperature.

The staff was ALWAYS happy to assist with any requests. They offered prompt and efficient service throughout the hotel. I was especially impressed with their responsiveness to questions and their willingness to provide recommendations. This.

The hotel pool had plenty of available lounges and sunny spots. I noted a Circle K convenience store about a one-minute walk away, which proved convenient. There were always fresh pool towels available and service for drinks and food was prompt.

Breakfast had a good variety. I ESPECIALLY loved the egg station where I could get freshly prepared omelets. The restaurant offered a diverse menu. I enjoyed several meals here.

charming hotel, excellent service
helpful staff specific food full tank
the staff proved helpful. they assisted with all my needs. i had bali belly and they provided specific food at breakfast. i could leave my luggage prior to going to the airport. the scooter i rented came with a full tank of gas.
check-in experienced a slight delay upon my arrival. i waited for approximately one hour for my room to be prepared. the air conditioning was not very efficient.
