I found the staff helpful and kind . I was welcomed with complimentary drinks upon arrival as the staff prepared my room and I received excellent support with any questions I had. I really enjoyed both the pool and the fantastic rooftop view this hotel provides.
I noticed that there was some maintenance happening on the rooftop. The work started early.

The breakfast buffet offered a very good selection of items for everyone and the food was high quality. The restaurants at the top floor had an amazing view and the sunset views were fine. Food served there was also delicious.

I found the location very convenient because it is close to the airport. The staff provided great service. I arranged an airport pick up upon my late arrival and I was very happy. The hotel features many facilities and amenities.
I noticed the ventilation in the bathroom was not good and I found a musty smell. The hotel could improve on this area. The hotel should address this to improve the experience.
