The staff was very friendly. The breakfast included a good variety of choices (I especially liked the fresh fruit). The room was clean and I had no issues. The location offered easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

The pool area is rather small with limited seating.

the staff were amazing and always ready to help. they were polite and very professional. i really appreciated the hotel decorating my room for my anniversary, this.

the balcony was very tiny, it wasn't really a balcony at all. i had nowhere to dry wet towels. it was very hard to get to the pool, i had to squeeze past bar customers. there were very few pool loungers and they were always full.

the breakfast had a nice variety, with both balinese and western options.

the room cleaning was subpar i told them to vacuum but they didn't seem to understand. there was hair everywhere i found them only tidying up instead of properly cleaning. i was really disappointed with this.

The breakfast was a letdown, it was like there was a shortage of seating. i had to wait, annoying. The quality of the food wasn't amazing either. there wasn't much variety in fruits, and the croissants were often not good. it definitely needs improvement, especially for a hotel of this supposed standard. the restaurant is small for the amount of rooms, poor food quality

the breakfast was acceptable (though i wouldn't rave about it).

I encountered a couple of issues of 5 nights. first, the bathroom had mould. I could see it had been painted over, but it was still visible. second, the bed sheet had a visible stain, likely from bodily fluids. i left early because of this.
