central location breakfast options lovely pool dirty room poor facilities discolored towel
the location was great. it was central to most places i wanted to visit. breakfast provided good options and was plentiful. the pool and surrounding grounds were quite lovely.
my room was not very clean and the shower facilities were quite poor. the towels were old and discolored. the staff was not very friendly and seemed a bit nonchalant particularly in the restaurant.

used towels smelly utensils
the staff were amazing, they provided fantastic customer service.
the towels condition were bad, i received used towels in my room. when i told someone, they said it was a trainee mistake. the cups and utensils at breakfast smelled like eggs.

Balinese Beauty, A Romantic Escape
balinese design maintained gardens hot options
I delighted in the traditional Balinese design, a beautiful feature. The gardens are beautifully maintained. Every morning, I enjoyed different hot breakfast options. A lovely way to start the day. The staff treated me kindly.
The pool towels felt a little old. I noticed some spots on them. Purchasing new towels would greatly improve the experience.

The spacious room had a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was also an additional shower room, a great convenience after spending time at the beach, and it had all necessary toiletries.

The main pool is a good size with a swim-up bar. Such a fun spot to relax. I also noticed there is a shallow pool, perfect for families with smaller children. I appreciated that they always keep the grounds green and well kept.

Breakfast included a variety of options and cooked-to-order eggs, which I found very satisfying. I appreciated that the restaurant staff were attentive. They were always happy to assist me. There were many tasty cocktails offered.

The location is great. I found it very close to the beach. It also sits near a variety of shops and restaurants, so I never had to go far for anything I needed. I could walk to Poppies Restaurant.
