The staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. the location is quite convenient, near cafes and an easy walk to central areas. i really liked the water available on each floor. It minimized the need to buy plastic bottles.

the shower was faulty, inconvenient. my room near the road was quite noisy. the place seems a bit old and worn.

This harris hotel is budget friendly and wonderfully clean. the staff are most cute and helpful. They helped me immediately when i needed something. i was sick for four days, but the amazing tv options still allowed me to enjoy my stay. i would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cleaner stay.

My room had an adjoining door, and i could hear every word the other room was saying. the noise was to the point of ridiculous, even when they were in the corridor. i thought it was a prank show. I have never encountered this experience before.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Ratih especially was very helpful. Breakfast offered many options and was very good. I found the location great. It was only a short walk to the main streets.

The shower was faulty in my room. The room was near the road, so it was noisy. The premises seem old and worn. I also noticed the pool gets no sun.

The room was very comfortable. i specifically asked for a quiet room, and they gave me one. the location is quite convenient. It is close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk. i found many convenience stores across the street which was useful.

i asked for laundry service but the clothes were not clean after waiting two days. i paid much more than the local rates across the road, a real disappointment. i had to ask multiple times about the laundry's whereabouts.
