the staff were always friendly and accommodating. breakfast included a wide range of choices. i found the location fantastic as well, with many restaurants and shops nearby.
the bedroom was dusty, which i found a bit disappointing. the master bedroom aircon was also faulty, uncomfortable at times. the bidet was not spraying well.

i really enjoyed my time here. The staff was always smiling and remembered my name, a nice personal touch. The breakfast had great variety, i especially liked the good coffee. It's also a quiet place reasonably close to the airport.
there weren't many chairs around the pool area.

The hotel features a central pool of a good size (it is not a large resort). Water dispensers are available on the floors. Guests can refill their own glass carafes. The hotel also provides a pool bar with happy hour specials.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. The air conditioning works well, important for a comfortable stay. Rooms on the higher floors have fabulous views overlooking the pool area, i would ask for one.

The staff are fantastic and always smiling, a major plus. They treat guests like family, i found that very kind. The front of house and floor manager were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is close to the beach and shops. It is easy to get transport from the hotel. The hotel is also close to the airport, nice after a long journey.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The food is very good, and they do not use msg (i'm happy to hear). I have eaten in a local restaurant at two minutes walking distance from the hotel.
