small room non-functional elevator

My room was quite small I found no minibar present. Room service operated only during evening hours. The rooftop terrace remained closed a significant disappointment. The elevator malfunctioned for two days an unacceptable inconvenience.

mixed feelings about my stay

complicated technology broken shower

the location was alright, i could walk to most places.

the technology in my room was way too complicated. i could not find the light switch in the bathroom. the shower only worked from the ceiling and the handheld part was broken. it was a complete mess and not relaxing at all.

the location was indeed fantastic. it overlooked a square, and it was very close to the cathedral..

i have to say, the room temperature was high, and the air conditioning wasn't working. it was like being in a sauna.
